Hi, you can take the bus or the tramway to the central station and you will be there in 20 minutes. Our B&B is a few minutes walk from the station.

The room with the balcony has a bathroom in the room. The other 2 rooms have an external private bathroom just in front of the door.

Hi! The SUPERIOR has a desk, the TWINS has a desk but long and narrow, not ideal for working on it, while the BALCONY has no desk

Hi with self check in you can enter at any time. Check out is at 10:30 but you can leave your luggage in the common area and return at the time you prefer to collect them

Restorative
Super convenient location, very clean, spacious. The building was gorgeous and felt secure. Flexible staff let me leave bags there for the day and hang out in the common area before check in.
The toilet seat has come very loose and the shower didn’t drain properly. Pretty good bathroom just needs a little work.

Great location
The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The rest of the apartment was also nice and the building as a whole felt safe and secure. The location is perfect for being able to get to all of the main attractions and sights of Florence, as well as the tram and train station (and onward to the airport).
This is not a hotel, it's more like an Air Bnb. There are no staff on site and the central areas of the apartment are shared. Even the balcony attached to our room (which we specifically booked) was accessible from another room so not totally ours. There is food left in the communal space, however none of this is fresh and it did not appear to be replenished whilst we were there so could have been there for a while. There are tea/coffee facilities and cereal to help yourself to, but no milk provided. Also no housekeeping, so the bedding and towels are not changed.
